Nils, Don't know if this appeals, but there is a neat Visio stencil available for wireframw and pre-visualizing Flex apps so you don't have to install Flex, learn APIs, or code anything to create mockups.

Kai, If there is a way to single-click an element and run a script I am not aware of it. My Shapes should have been created by Visio when you installed it.
