I was just curious if anyone has seen this issue before or has any suggestions. Mitel Oaisys Desktop Client Version 9. We also reviewed server and desktop performance about a billion times.

Please login or register. A new hire's calls aren't recording. The Mitel resource - by techies, for techies We also use the account code button that allows our users to tag calls on desktop client so it saves in management studio with a call number of sorts.
Also, are you using separate Extension Lists to allow the proper User groups to have access It maybe that extension isn't in the list.

We are having an intermittent issue where when the call ends, the management studio will show the call as still in progress, which does oaieys allow the call to be tagged on the Desktop Client.

We migrated to server thinking that my help, but it has not. Funny you mention that We are in touch with Mitel support, but they seem to be at a loss here at the moment they are troubleshooting as we speak.

February 27, I'm skipping the Recording rules simply because the rest of the department is fine Oaisyx is in all the groups I can find, and frankjly, there's only 5 users calls being recorded, and all of them function normally still. We currently use Mitel phone setup with Desktop Client version 9.
The instance of the call is there length of call is there, transfers if any etc but oaissy the audio recording. We over subscribe our port licenses using a mix of Dynamic and Static without issue 83 TL to VPknowing that when the total is reached we may loose a few calls on the Dynamic, but we've yet had an issue.
